Methods of payment accepted: Credit card, Health Savings Account (HSA), Zelle transfers, Square, or cash. You will receive an email receipt when the charge is processed.

I do not take insurance, but can provide you with a Quick Claim for you to file with your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. This claim would allow you to be reimbursed by your insurance company for a portion of the hourly fee. You can call your insurance company to confirm if you have out-of-network benefits.

Policies

Cancellation Policy: If you ever need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance or a full session charge will be incurred.
